I’ve been on a few cooking adventures lately, some successful and some (seeded-spelt-bread-brick) less so. One thing I have absolutely loved though is this soup from Gok Wan.
I have this super book, which is full of incredibly simple yet delicious recipes and I finally got round to creating the crab and sweetcorn soup the other day. (If you’re thinking recipe books are pricey, you can pick this one up for £2.80 BTW.)
Pretty much all you have to do is open some tins and stir some stuff and it takes less than 20 minutes from walking into the kitchen to having a bowl of deliciousness ready to eat.
Try it! It’s soooooooooooo easy, it’s also cheap and pretty healthy. Surely that’s worth a bash, right?
